Q: What is Mindflex?
A: Mindflex is a game that lets you move a ball with the power of your mind!
After choosing from 5 different games, you simply need to concentrate to levitate the ball on a cushion of air, then navigate the ball through a customizable obstacle course. Score the best time to win!
Q: How does Mindflex work?
A: Whenever you concentrate, you generate brainwave activity. Mindflex uses a variation of EEG technology to "read" the intensity of these brainwaves via sensors positioned on your forehead and ears. These sensors do not generate or interfere with brainwaves, they only read what is already there.
Once the Mindflex headset recognizes your brainwaves, it transmits a signal to a fan within the console. This fan controls ball levitation. Your brainwaves, in turn, control the power of the fan. The more effectively you concentrate, the stronger the fan blows and the higher the ball floats. Relaxing your mind relaxes the fan's airflow, which lowers the ball.
Q: How do you play Mindflex?
A: Just put on the headset and you're ready to put your brainpower to the test! Utilizing advanced Mindflex technology, the wireless headset reads your brainwave activity. Concentrate and the ball rises on a cushion of air! Relax and the ball descends.
Your objective: Navigate the ball through a mind-bending obstacle course as quickly as you can — traveling up and down by using the power of your thoughts and right or left by turning the control knob.
Q: How many Games are included in Mindflex?

Q: Who can play Mindflex?
A: Mindflex is intended for players age 8 and up.
Q: What do all the lights mean?
A: There are many different lights on the surface of the console, and all of them tell you different things:
• The 4 lights on the top of the console serve different purposes depending on the game you are playing — sometimes they mark your progress around the course (Mental Marathon), other times they will identify targets you need to reach (Chase the Lights) or areas from which you need to escape (Danger Zone).
• The row of 5 lights on the left side of the console monitors a player's concentration level. The more lights, the higher that player's concentration level.
• The single light on the right of the console is the status light. During game play, the status light changes color and blinks to communicate the current condition of the Mindflex system. Refer to the following chart for descriptions of the various status messages:
| Light | Status |
| Green | Good connection between console and headset |
| Blinking Green | Console batteries low. |
| Fan may begin to lose power. | |
| Replace batteries soon. | |
| Orange | "Calibrating headset." Headset attempting to read brainwaves. |
| Blinking Orange | "Check headset sensors." Headset positioned incorrectly. |
| Verify proper placement of ear clips and forehead sensor. | |
| Red | No headset signal. Possible causes: |
| a) Headset turned off b) Headset batteries dead c) Headset out of range |
|
| Blinking Red | Headset batteries low. Replace soon. |
